My my my how time flies. Its now mid July and work is almost done. School will be starting soon, and I'll be away from home for it all! Lets see...what else...umm well car is running well, with a few final mods still in store. Still single, but that's ok for now.

Ahh July. The time of sweltering heat, fireworks, and watermelon! Images of sand and sun bloom in many minds along with the ooo's and ahhh's of watching fireworks. Well at least that's what I think...I remember last year around this time I was driving around in Indiana with my folks, playing navigator as they looked at potential properties to buy as "investments". Those were some good times believe it or not. Onto school!

How soon is soon? End of August soon. I'll be moving into my apartment off campus as of Aug 2 and basically getting ready for a year away from home. Sweet! Stress from work has been building lately and I've been getting sick of it. I'm tired of cringing everytime the boss calls me as I'm afraid she's gonna yell at me for something stupid, like keeping my hands in my pockets or some other bs. Fun stuff -_- Well, as of today I have *counts* 3 more days of work to go! Woo hoo!! Kiss my arse TSA! What's next now... For starters I'll be loaning my way through school, but we'll see what opportunities present themselves by next summer...

Ah! Well its a goofy update, but while looking at my list of other journal entries I figured, why not. The "grandma" is still running smoothly with a fairly recent install of aftermarket headers and a downpipe/hi-flo catalytic converter combo. And lemme tell ya...it was not a fun install. Took me and my buddy the better part of 10 hours to get the thing done...It was worth it. I haven't seen any improvement to my track numbers, but I wonder if it has anything to do with my struts being worn out and my two rear trans mounts having crushed bushings ^^. The struts have all been replaced, and I'm working on the mounts. So hopefully I'll have some new numbers to show. In addition, since my LIM is leaking...AGAIN, I decided to swap in some 3400 ported and polished upper and lower intake manifolds along with a 65mm throttle body since they'll all be off the car anyways during the repair. Once that's done I have some exhaust work to take care of, and then it'll be no more mods til I'm done with school.

As for the last update...do I really need to say more? The potential prospect I was looking at has not really changed for the better or worse. I do forsee a steady friendship continuing to grow from it all, but beyond that? Well what will be will be. In the meantime I could use some "female companionship"... Any volunteers? lol

Oh yea! One last thing! I don't think much of any of my photos, but some of them would be pretty nice to have as prints I think. How about it? Are there any photos you'd like to see made available as prints? Let me know!
